Millennials in the Workplace

At The Connect Group, we understand the importance of getting to know our employees. That's why our very own Matt Duray, President of The Connect Group, takes the time to understand the characteristics of the generation which the majority of his employees belong to, the Millennials.
According to Duray, in order to understand the mindset of these young individuals we should, "focus on mentorship, not authority, only ask for their opinion when you really want it, and reward them in their way." Duray recognizes that learning to speak the language of Millennials will help The Connect Group and other business owners communicate effectively at the workplace.
